Targeted at those seeking roles as development researchers, academics, policy analysts, and senior practitioners leading and managing development programmes, governance initiatives, and related interventions.

Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Community Development, Development Studies, Social Work, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, or related Social Sciences/Arts and Humanities fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
