Joining Daystar from outside Kenya
International applicants follow the standard application process and provide additional documentation for qualification recognition and immigration support.
Before you submit your application
- Choose a programme and confirm its academic entry requirements.
- Prepare a clear passport-size photograph and a scanned copy of your valid passport.
- Attach academic certificates beginning with your high school certificate.
- Diploma and undergraduate applicants should obtain recognition and equation of foreign qualifications through the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA).
- Postgraduate applicants should obtain recognition and equation through the Commission for University Education (CUE).
After admission and on arrival
Daystar University’s International Students Affairs office supports international students with immigration, student-pass and alien-card processes. Submit the required immigration documents to the office within your first three weeks in Kenya or within the semester, as directed by the University.
