The Programme prepares students to manage and support the people-related functions of an organisation. It provides knowledge in human resource administration, workplace psychology, employee resourcing, labour laws and employee relations, as well as reward management and employee learning and development. The Programme equips learners to support organisations in attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining employees while promoting productive and healthy workplace relationships.

KCSE mean Grade of C- (minus) or C (plain) or one Principal Pass in 'A' Level or 4 credits or better in IGCSE or a graded certificate. All prospective students who completed their high school education outside Kenya, except those holding IGCSE or GCE certificates, are required to have their qualifications aligned by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) before admission.
