Programme Details

The Programme equips students with practical and industry-oriented skills in software engineering to meet the growing demand for software development professionals across different sectors. It provides training in software design, development, testing, maintenance and security, while introducing learners to the software development lifecycle and current software engineering practices. The Programme emphasises hands-on learning, problem-solving and adaptability, enabling students to develop software solutions that respond to real-world needs and changing technological environments. It also integrates professional ethics and Christian values, preparing learners to practise software engineering responsibly and professionally.

A Mean Grade of C- (minus) and above in KCSE, or one Principal Pass in ‘A’ Level or 4 credits or better in IGCSE, or a graded certificate.

All prospective students who completed their high school education outside Kenya, except those holding IGCSE or GCE certificates, are required to have their qualifications aligned by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) before admission.
